Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhabeer Capital will distribute cash dividends of SAR 12.87 million to the unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT Fund for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020.

Dividends will be to 102.971 million existing units at SAR 0.125 per unit, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

Moreover, they represent 1.25% of the unit’s initial price and 1.429% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 31 December 2020.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of 16 February 2021.

The dividends will be paid within 30 business days from the maturity date.
